Jermaine Wood was very unhelpful and it was very clear that her mind was made up and that they not going to assist me. The dealer in Vereeniging said I must pay a handling fee in order for them to take the brakes back that I purchased from them and went back on their word. Jermaine made it clear that its the dealers word against mine now this is not customer service. I reiterate, the brakes was not specially ordered the dealer had it in stock and the box was old, open and damaged this is daylight and the dealer is insured for thins like this, I can't help it if the brakes does not fit. This is supposed to be customer service centre but it looks more like peugeot dealer centre. She also made it clear that they will not assist me further and told me I can take it to the consumer act. Now do you call this customer service.
