IRRESPONSIBLE, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

On December 2012, we visited the CMS TOYOTA MELROSE Dealership and were assisted by a Saleswoman named Clare Lai-Thom. She mentioned that we could secure our RAV4 by making a deposit, so we made a deposit on the 15th of January, for R10.000, 00. Then, Mrs. Clare left the branch and no one ever bothered to contact us. When we went to the dealership to find out where our car was (because I saw a RAV4 on the street and we had paid to be the first customers on the waiting list), the manager DAVE STOTTER said that we can not expect him to know when his staff leaves. Now, what could be more informal and unprofessional than this? MR STOTTER, YOU ARE RUNNING A DEALERSHIP, NOT AN ENTIRE CORPORATION, SO YES, I EXPECT YOU TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMERS, AND TO HAVE A RESPECTFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR CLIENTS, AND PROVIDE THEM WITH A SOLUTION. Turns out, we were left without a vehicle for the longest months. Still last week (MAY 2013) they couldn't let us know when our car would arrive, so we went to HONDA and we are now the proud owners of a stunning CR-V 2013 vehicle, where the sales process was a complete pleasure and we did not have to deal with the rudeness of Mr Stotter.
