We are extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Herman Slabbert. He is a very kind and respectful gentleman, with a positive attitude and a lot of knowledge of the Honda's vehicle fleet.
We came from a terrible experience at the CMH Toyota Dealership, where we tried to purchase a RAV4 but were served by their rude, inefficient manager; and it was such a pleasure dealing with Honda. They (both, Herman and the Manager) offered us an attractive deal, which -combined with their great attitude and professionalism- made us change our minds. The vehicle (CR-V 2013) is stunning... and we feel calm about going back to the branch for each service only to be treated nicely, which is also very important for us (after-sales service).
