60-75 minutes but 180 - 240 more like it

My vehicle broke down on R59 north, phoned Mazda and they rerouted me to the AA.
14:15 lodged breakdown.
Response was that dispatch will contact me shortly, it will take about 60-75 minutes.

15:15 called AA again, "it will take 120 - 180 minutes" it was never 60 - 75"
Hung up irritated.
16:15 called AA again. "Truck dispatched at 15:20, another 60 minutes"
Hung up highly irritated.
Now 16:30.
... Nothing.

Very very poor service AA
