I have called Renault Bryanston and tried to book my vehicle in for a service since it in desperate need of one. for the last 2 days i have been calling endlessly and the phone constatntly rings with no answer, i had to call over 6 times before somebody picked up, thereafter when i asked to book my car in for a service, i am told that nobody can help me and am told to leave a message.
after leaving numerous messages no one has contacted me back in the last 2 days, i think that this is pathetic service from a franchised dealer.
i asked to then be put through to someone else who can help me and no one apparently can.
i then asked to be put through to the Dealerrr Principal and he is not available.
i mean how is it possible that i ask to speak to 3 different people and no one is available to take my calls, i work for a finance house and i think it is completely unnacceptable that such an established dealer cannot meet simple customer service requirements, i am very disgusted and dissapointed in the lack of service that Renault Bryanston provides.
