I was advised by Service department staff to have my car serviced once a year. After the 15000km they asked me to bring the car in at 45000km which was perfect but at 29000km i called for the 30000km service but was told again 45000km service is fine. At 45000km service, i had my brakes, disks etc.. done which i was told is part of the 60000km service therefore bring the car back at 70000km. I went to trade in my car at this branch and then they said that my car has not been serviced regularly therefore they cannot offer me a good deal. I now want to service my car for the 70000km service (as per the service dept), i need to now pay for the missed 60000km service then do the 75000km service.
So lesson learned - follow the details in the contract - don't listen to "so called" expert staff - not from this branch anyway.
