New stock never on their systems

I would love for somebody to please explain to me how is it that you receive new products that you can sell in your store but never add them to your stock.

Last night was the fourth time in the space of 1 month that I had to go in the shop and hear the story "sorry sir, this product is not yet loaded on our system and their is no manager to do it quickly"

Seriously??? Do you not add the stock to your system before you put it on your shelves???

PLEASE get your act together Engen Ferndale!!!
