We went to Engen on the corner of Oxford and Long in Ferndale, Randburg to purchase some goods and they were locked, this is unacceptable for a franchise that prides itself on "working around the clock". When we enquired about it, another disgruntled customer informed us that it was "over security concerns". Furthermore, the staff were too busy ignoring us to assist us with whatever it was that we wanted. Engen should learn how to treat its customers, and if that means facilitating me when I want to buy something at 11 O'Clock at night from their store which is open at all hours, then so be it.
