This Engen Quick Shop is around the corner from my office and thus is very convenient. However, they never have stock of (paricularly, but also of many other brands) Marlboro Light cigarettes. I went there last week, and they only had 10 packs. I got lucky this time as they never have any Marlboro's in stock. I asked the cashier why this is and she said that it's the supplier that doesn't deliver. I made the suggestion to just order around double or tripple the normal quantity and she shrugged her shoulders. This was when the owner heard me and he blamed the cashier for not ever telling him. Isn't this his shop? Shouldn't he be aware of what's constantly happening in his store? I went back a few days later and there was even less stock on the shelves and the cashier then admitted to me that the owner said that it's because he doesn't pay the suppliers so they don't want to deliver anymore. So I bought another 10 pack, only to get short changed, only by 5 cents though, but it's the principle that counts. If you make your pricing system that cents need to be given, make sure you have change!
I am very unhappy with this service and wil never return as it is a constant matte
