I am Mr Moodley, my mini country man was booked for a formula one service, dated 28/5, I was informed to be at the centre at 7 am, I arrived at 06h45, waiting, at 07h00 I entered the store, booked my car for service, at 07h45 my was only moved from the parking area to the service bay, I confronted crystal, asked why, I was asked to be at Bruma at 07h00 if my car is only going to be worked on @ 08h00? Reply the workshop only starts that time, I have asked if I can get my car at 09h00, I got my car @09h10, dirty, not washed, technician informed me that my clutch needs to be repaired, I called back and asked crystal for a new date to repair the clutch, the same afternoon someone else called me and informed me that the repair of my clutch can only be done on 22nd July, this is totally acceptable for a large corporation to take so long, who do I keep liable from now till the 22nd July??? Furthermore the welcome was not.good at all the lady who offers tea, informed me that the company did not purchase cookies
