Absolutely fed up

I would like to warn any other potential consumers about purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander 2013 high spec with the Rockford Fosgate sound system and selecting the Satnav option. Having waited 2 months for my system to be installed they are still unable to get a Satnav that is compatible with the sound system and hands free kit. And do not expect any follow up from Sandown Motors, just expect to have to keep contacting them and be given the same pathetic and lame excuses.

The lack of customer focus and utter incompetence has certainly ensured that I will never purchase a Mitsubishi again and I eagerly await an opportunity to offload this vehicle.

What a pity that companies like this are still in business in a highly competative world.
