Kia Midrand - Pathetic Service and Custome

Took my car to Kia midrand for its first service of 15000km on the 30th of april. Drove it on the Thursday and Friday . then the Saturday while driving to midrand it had no momentum and was sluggish then it starting making a noise like there was tin dragging on the floor . the light came on on the dashboard and it smoke started coming out the engine when we stopped and open the bonnet, the radiator was empty and the radiator cap was just placed on. Road side assist picked my car up on the night of 6 of may and took it to kia edenvale and kia midrand supposed to phone them and collect it. Kia midrand didn't bother to phone or let me know what was happening with the car. Kia edenvale phoned me on the Wednesday- 8th to say my car is still standing there. I phoned Juan from kia midrand and told him he said my car will be fetched that same day and fixed. I wanted him to call me back or speak to derrick. But neither called. it was then "fixed" its not even a week and my car is doing the exact same thing!!! i called Juan and with no remorse he said that i should call road side assist and follow the whole procedure AGAIN!!
