I am very disgusted at the poor service delivered by Florida Panel Beaters. My daughter had a minor accident to her Tayota Tazz which necessitated the replacement of the rear windscreen and repair to a support beam. I was advised by my insurer, Indwe Risk Services, to use Florida Panel beaters. I contacted them and was advised that i had to wait two weeks before i could book the vehicle in for repairs. I booked the vehicle in on the 20th May. I was advised that i would be contacted to and given feedback. I tried contacting them on the Telephone no as given on their quotation but was very frustrated when i was perpetually connected to a Fax Tone. On contacting Telkom Directory Services they advised me that it was a shared FaX/Telephone line. I find it perplexing that a supposed professional company could be so mean as to not have a separate Fax and telephone service. I was fortunate enough to have someone answer the phone this morning so i could enquire re the status of repairs. They promised that Jabu would contact me immediatley. After an hour i phoned back again and they then put me through to Jabu who advised me that work had not commenced on the Tazz as they had difficulty in
