On 8 May 2013 my car broke down with a broken starter motor. It was towed in to Bosch. Yolanda was very sympathetic about my situation and very professional. The mechanic who was working on my car kept me informed throughout the day as to what was being done and the costs involved. I had my car back the next morning.
