My wife and I went to fill fuel with 2 vehicles and waited for a petrol attendant to serve us, there were 3 PA standing in front of us and 1 standing against a pump down on the right of us with his hands folded, I tried calling all of them but they just looked at us and ignored us, I called again and still they never come. I then went to my bakkie and pressed the hooter for about 10 seconds and still they never come to serve us. They 1 of them came slowly to our vehicle, at this time my wife became irritated with the disgraceful service, she jumped of the vehicle and went into the quick shop and asked for the manager on duty, the male cashier told her she must go outside and look for him, his name is Sanele. She came out, we ask the PA to call Sanele, which he then did. Sanele came to us from the truck diesel pump, we asked him why none of them want to serve us and we waited 10 minutes before we could get fuel, if our money wasn't good enough, he had no answer for us. Then I told he I want him to take down my cell no and I want the owner to call me and if he doesn't I'm gonna send a detailed email to Total head office then only did Sanele apologize
