Asked them to find a fault on my car, they then phoned me to say I could collect my vehicle and was then presented with an R 11 000 plus bill for work done? There was no quote or any feedback as to what was the problem with the vehicle nor any discussion on cost. I then approched the owner to discuss a payment plan and was told this was not possible as it was a policy from Bosch headoffice not to allow this kind of arrangement.
