In general car dealers are only nice to you up until you sign the OTP. BUT THIS was NOT the case
It has now been 3 weeks, I have my brand new hyundai i20 1.4 fluid, I was a bit concerned with something, due to my fussy nature, and continuously looking for faults.
DEAN from hyundai Springfield, had come to my service with an instant phone call after an email, and an instant check up on my alleged problem within minutes of my arrival. The workshop foreman had come with Dean, just to double check if all was in order.
Turns out my issue was not really an issue and I had just wasted Deans time, but never the less, he still went out of the way to give me peace of mind.
You don't get that in many places, I would recommend Hyundai Springfield to all new customers.
