On 28 December 2013 I took my car to Power Glaze Parow for an Executive wash, when I got my car back I noticed on all 4 on my windows (driver & passenger) that there were grey streaks all over my windows. Upon inspection I realised that my film was busy peeling (crystallised fibres rubbed off on my fingers). I then called the person on duty and he called the ladies who washed my car to give an explanation for this, they just said they saw this happening to my windows but still proceeded to wash my car. They never even informed the manager of this or myself, the workers just proceeded to damage my film. I then went to my service provider Auto Armor for an assessment of my film; and according to Auto Armor the carwash damaged my film. They must have had a chemical on their cloths which then went onto my windows and resulted in my film being damaged.
