Great Customer Service

I had had an accident with one of the Europcar rentals and I needed roadside assistance in an remote area in Mpumalanga. I call the "emergency" number shown on the key tag and i held the line for 15min with no answer, just voice prompts. I then googled the phone number of the Witbank branch and Eunice/Mayvis (I can't recall her name properly) answered the phone.
There was no tow truck available and I waited 4 hours in the middle of nowhere until the tow truck arrived. Even though I waited a very long time. She would call every so often to check up on me, update me on the progress of the road side assistance. This is very much appreciated!!!

Even when I arrived at the Witbank depo with the tow truck she helped me fill in the incident report and got me on the road in no time.
