BOOKED A CAR ON LINE ON THE 1ST OF OCTOBER 2012 FOR COLLECTION AT DURBAN AIRPORT AND 3 HOURS LATER HAD TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT DUE UNFORSEAN CIRCUNSTANCES.
HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND AND A COUPLE OF EMAILS LATER WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO FORFEIT THE FULL AMOUNT PAID ON MY CREDIT CARD.
I WASNT ENTITLED FOR A REFUND AT ALL, THIS IS UNACCAPTABLE .
BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN BOOKING CARS THROUGH THEM.
