I had to still telephone my complaint through they got some poorly spoken shop representative who barely understood my complaint to call and give me a very vague apology and didnt introduce himself at all adequately and on tuesday the 30/04 when their call centre contacte me for a follow up call I informed them to call after 1:00 as I was in the bank they never called back. So they clearly have no intention of being a company who responds adequately or proffesionaly to quality complaints!
