Worst service ever experienced!!!

Correspondence has been taking place about the front ashtray needing to be fixed as a condition of purchase since before signing the OTP. Written correspondence took place since 4 April with no response from the salesman Pat or the owner Pierre. I've physically been to the dealership and the owner is missing in action. They told me I can take the car to Forsdicks to have it fixed, but still fighting to get a courtesy car. The ashtray still isn't fixed!

In addition. THEY DID ME IN ON THE SETTLEMENT and owe me about R5000.00. Pierre is totally uncontactable even though I leave voicemails on his mobile, messages at the office and email him. It is very apparent that he is the only person who can make decisions, the salesman Pat and the financial person Danielle are not in the position to commit or event give any updates without Pierre's input.

I'm still fighting with them for my money and to have the ashtray fixed. Do yourself a favour and don't ever deal with Topcars in Goodwood.
