NO TUMBLE DRYER FOR A MONTH

I purchased a shop soied Tumble dryer from Pierre. Last year when it didnt heat up, it was fixed the very next day and I thought wow what services. On the 4th of January 2013 it stopped turning and I sent an sms advising Pierre who told me to contact Kobus who didnt respond to any messages and his phone kept saying not available. After several sms's and an email I eventually email Kelvinator as the product is still under warranty and to my great surprise I get no response from Head Office, so they cant actually fault their agent or branch whoever they are in Pretoria as they dont care either. Now what, it has been almost a month, what do I do now, I assume Comsumer Protection is my next step, then maybe they will respond to them.
