POOR SERVICE - HYUNDAI MENLYN - NEVER AGAIN!!!

I bought my Peugeot 207 from Hyundai Menlyn, the sales person Wille van den Bergh. The signing of documents took place on the 20/03. I traded in my car and Willie confirmed that it will be settled before the end of the month and that no debit order will take place. I drove off, then comes a big surprise, the payment still goes of from my account at the end of the month for my previous car.

I called the dealership and Willie assured me that it was a mistake and they'll pay it in. After many follow ups they eventually paid an amount into my account. The amount way less than the amount that went off from my account after I clearly informed Willie of the exact amount. I called again and he assured that the outstanding amount will be paid. I then heard nothing for a while. I eventually called the branch manager 'Werner' and explained to him, our call was interrupted and I ever since heard nothing from him. Yesterday 10/05 I called again since the outstanding amount has not yet even been deposited. Willie then said he paid the money into the wrong account - why from his personal account? I've been asking for e-mail feedback which I have not received since. Still not paid!!!
