Phoned at 16:30 to query the booking details for my 60000km
The woman who answered sounded bored which reflected "couldn't care" attitude.
Queried why I was offered when I booked a maintenance person by the name Elton, I accepted to be told by this dour woman that Elton left 18 months ago.
Hatfield VW have lost the service mentality.
This woman offered no cheerful "lead" like I can recommend. Its not for me to cheer up the service receptionist but for whom it may be to sound positive and pro active.
I cancelled and promptly booked elsewhere.
Anyone who reads this, try Hatfield but don't be surprised by their, "were doing you a favor attitude, so don't query or complain".
I will tell as many people about this.
