After purchasing a VW from the hatfield vw mastercars department I thought I was buying myself a good reliable vehicle, worthy of the VW Mastercard brand, how wrong was I. Purchased my first vehicle in October last year and after endless issues with the car which they could not fix hatfield finally agreed to exchange the vehicle. Here I sit nearly two months with the second vehicle and have the same if not worst issues. Now I'm stuck trying to return the vehicle and Cheryl Classens, the dealer principal won't even respond to my mails. The technical team agree there's a fault and unfortunately for me they do not have the capabilities to fix the car. Don't trust the 110 point check, don't trust their workmanship and definitely don't trust the brand. My next step is the consumer board which will hopefully help me but my message to all is to not support VW Hatfield Bryanston to avoid ending up in my shoes!!!
