Had my car serviced at Ford in William Moffett yesterday. First impression was really welcoming. The stall were very friendly had a smile on their faces baring in mind that it was an early Monday morning. They had a shuttle that transported me back to the office and then to collect my vehicle once it was complete.
When I arrived at home there was unfortunately a small problem with the vehicle that had been caused by the service, I called them immediately, which was around 17:25pm by the way, and they dispatched a mechanic within 15mins and my car was fixed.
