I have send a complaint before and had no response from Ford SA. My vehicle developed a problem with the ECU giving all kinds of faults. I took it in to Motomid in Middelburg for repairs. Had to pay for glowplugs and filters and line cleaner and even a new key and each time i was promised the vehicle was fixed. It has been with them for the 5th time now and after 800km the fault was back and i was stranded next to the road. I will make a booking with a BOSCH service centre this morning as Ford service centres are useless at repairing their own vehicles. I will warn as many people as possible not to buy a Ford.
