REPLACEING A DAMAGDE KEY

On the 5 /4/2013 I went to Cargo Motors Klerksdorp to buy a new key for my C230. I handed in the paper work, paid R2500.I was then informed that Mercedes was busy with stock taking and that it will take a little longer for delivery, which I excepted. Now it has been 5 weeks and only now were I informed that the key is available for delivery. This is unacceptable for 5 weeks R2500 was at there disposal (I still have to pay the balance) How is this possible? I am very disappointed I am seriously considering it not to buy Mercedes again.(Thanks to Mr Filomon how tried his best to keep me up to date.)
