Poor service & lacking of business ethics

I normally full my cars @ the petrol station, they have revamped & also added a carwash which have been making use of. But on 04-05-13, I entered with my wife @ the carwash coming to wash both cars I paid for both & they have a sheet which they capture all your details. I than received a call & had to leave, so I notified the lady which I paid & took my details & she said ok. On returning I was told to join the back of the queue, when questioning this I was told that the other customers would complain but they were never even asked. I than asked the manager why & all she could tell me was that I never had to leave, I explained her & she than said the lady whom said its fine doesn't know the process she is only the cashier. I than informed her to train the cashers as that is their point of sales & communication & she also needs to make charts with their process so it can be visible. The cashier was also questioned & she straight into my face. I don't enjoy the fact that I was also made a.
