The Repossessed vehicle Audi was announced to sell in the auction with the following faults as mentioned on the auction lot list: FAN BELT JOCKEY NOISY IRATIC IDLE and didn't mentioned GEAR BOX fault.
I bid the vehicle on the said fault. After payments, when I came collect the car, I was not starting first, then it was not moving. I bring the matter in the Management.
I took the car to mechanic and during my way, on incline, the car was struck and was not picking the right GEAR. My mechanic told me that GEAR BOX is faulty.
I called Mr. Clint and told him the details and he was not believing. Upon his request, I gave me Invoice from mechanic about the faults. Mr. Clint called me and tried to force the following to take the vehicle.
1.There is not problem in the gear box.
2.Gear box was repaired from AUDI center with warranty
3.Promised to give me the invoices of the Warranty for gear box
4.on phone, again claimed: GEAR box is selecting the correct gear.
5.Blamed my mechanic that he is saying that gear box is OK
