Please people, whatever you do, NEVER EVER do business with this Dealership. The worst service ever received, pre-approved finance was arranged by us with our bank, to buy a Mercedes Benz A180 CDI. They provided us with a Proforma invoice, which we submitted to the bank. The bank gave us all relevant documentation, including a release note to take delivery of this vehicle. Upon arrival, nothing had been done with this vehicle, still on the lot for sale, BUT, when we wanted to take delivery, we were advised that they had not received payment from the bank. The bank needed the final invoice to be submitted, before they would pay. Now we want to cancel the whole deal, & they refuse to give us a cancellation letter to cancel the release note received from the bank. We have tried explaining to them, that we need this & as far as they are concerned, they didn't get payment, because they didn't provide us with a final invoice, so they don't have to give us anything, because the whole deal is now null & void. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.
