PURCHASE OF POLO CLASSIC 14

I live in Cape town and with my dads assistance bought a 2nd hand car on 3 May 2013 at the dealer in George and drove back to Cape Town on 4 May. On arrival at home late afternoon the family prepared for a function we had to attend and decided to use the "new car" to go to the function. It started jerking and back-firing. On the Sunday we also took the car out for a drive and the same happened but worse and it felt as if the car wanted to stall. Fist thing on Monday morning I called Ruan the sales person I dealt with in George and explained what was happening. He informed me that I could take the car to the mechanic (Mike) we normally use in CT and get him to call once he had looked at the car, but he was not allowed to do anything. I took the car to Mike on Tue evening 7 May (could not drive the car in traffic) and he had a look at in on the 8th and reported back to me. I called Ruan and asked him to call Mike. On 10 June we had the car fixed at our own expense sent e-mails to Auto Invest regarding this and the fact that now I cannot register the car on my name due to the fact that it is still on the banks name. THEY JUST DO NOT CALL BACK OR REPLY TO E-MAILS. please hel
