I returned both my vehicles with the fuel gauge on full. This was clearly pointed out to the persons inspecting my vehicle upon return. Then i receive a bill via email for refuelling charges to the value of R323.79! I log a complaint on the website where they gave me a sad story that even though the gauge shows full, the tank is not full. How do we know that the tank is full upon receiving the vehicle? We look at the gauge thats how. This seems like an easy way to swindle customers out of more bucks. This act should be mentioned to customers upon receipt of the vehicle so that they may have knowledge of it. I cannot contest this as they already deducted the amount from my deposit paid. (I am sure that the consumer act should protect customers against this)
