My name is Caroline and I work in a motor industry. I called Daihatsu at Polokwane to purchase some parts for my client. I spoke to a salesperson called Chris, he wasn't very nice from the word go but I ignored the attitude as I thought I could be paranoid or maybe he is just one of those who are kind of harsh but yet professional at the same time but I was wrong, professionalism is far from this guy. After my purchase, I sent my courier for collection and days went by without me receiving the goods, only to find out my courier wasn't given the goods. I called him to follow up and he told me he will get back to me and when I realised he is not getting back to me I called again and that is when he confirmed his character. He told me it is not his fault my parcel hasn't reached me and after I told him Iam unhappy with his treatment towards me and that I doubt I will eva purchase from him again, he told me I SHOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN and he hanged up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, he happened to be the manager and guess what? He gave my parcel to a wrong courier I have never heard about in my life yet he has the decency to shout at me and not to buy from them again?
