Poor Service from KFC

At 5pm yesterday afternoon (27/01/2014), I placed an order at the drive through and paid with my cheque card.

I have the facility that I get sent an sms everytime there is movement on my account. The money went off my account and received the relevant sms. But the lady at the drive through window said my card was invalid, despite my card only expiring in 2017.

Now, I understand that this can sometimes happen, but to be treated poorly (like some sort of deadbeat) is disgusting. I showed them the sms that had all the details of the transaction, but they refused. They even had the order at the window, but still refused to give it to me. They told me, I must go the bank (which was closed) and get a bank statement as proof I actually paid. That really made me feel like some sort of deadbeat.

That branch of KFC is the absolute worst. I only went there because it was on the way from picking my wife from work and going to the night classes that I teach. I would rather go without than go there again.
