On the 16th Febuary 2013 i went with my family to the nandos in ormonde.
I still have my slip with me as well as i made sure i took all the details while i was there.
I odered a burger meal for myself and some quarter chicken meals as well, the client was not cooked properly yet we asked for well done, the burger was terrible and i told the waitress namely Lerato who was looking at me and insisting that it was cooked which then upset me cos she was ignoring me i then took the food to the lady at the till namely Mbali who told me to wait for the manger i waited and the changed the uncooked burger for chicken was was still not cooked properly i did not even get a refund and had to pay for food that was terrible and get bad service at the same time!!!
