Yesterday (27-11-2012), I purchased Nandos the special for R 149.90 for the family. Expecting the chicken to be cooked properly, arriving home to have supper with the family the chicken was white, had no flavour and absolutely DRY!!
This was very upsetting and disappointing. I had to recook the chicken with my own sauces!! imagine purchasing a cooked meal to recook again!!!.. I didnt even bother to take it back to Nandos as they do nothing about complaints and just pull their faces when you complain!!
This is not the first time that I had a problem with Nandos. Terrible Terrible service and food!! seems like someone is not doing their job!!!
