This may seem like an non-issue but for me it's a serious matter of concern. On two occasions, this particular Cashier decides to give me Coke Light when I had ordered Coke Zero and she sees no need to call me and inform me if what I had ordered is out of stock. Then I have to use my own airtime and spend my time calling her after my order has been delivered to enquire why she has decided to give me what I didn't order. Two weeks ago, not only was I given Coke Light which I don't drink but she had also decided to add extra cheese and what not to my pizza without me making the request. I am requesting the manager of the particular outlet to have a word with her and address this matter so that it does not happen again. This is detrimental to customer experience and efficiency of the Debonairs brand.
