Debonairs Goodwood big time. Last week they only delivered half my order and when I complained to the manager, she brushed me off. I then went to Hallopeter and then someone from head office promised me a free Coke with my next order. Today I ordered again (online) and I asked for my free Coke in the special instructions section. Our food arrived after nearly an hour, not the 40 min as promised on the web, minus the Coke. The manager agreed to send the Coke, but claimed that the 40 min rule does not apply to weekends. The Terms and Conditions makes no mention of weekends. In terms of the Debonairs promise my order should have been free.
I have proof of what time my order was received and also of the time I phoned the manager whilst the sdriver was at my house.
