So after not going to this particular KFC or any KFC after my previous problems around 3 months ago i got this advertisement in the post: [URL Removed]
So after reading that and thinking its a very good deal i decided to pay this KFC a visit last night to see if they had improved at all. Now i include the bottom half of this advertisement whereby it clearly states the date on which this offer is valid: [URL Removed]
Unfortuantely this is not the case. Apparently this special offer is not loaded on their system and they can't offer it to me at that price even though your advertisement clearly states that it is valid from the 22nd and its now the 28th. So i must therefore pay full price for the items according to the manager. Who by the way had a no budge policy. So wasn't willing to accomodate me even though it is your false advertising that sparked my interest and return.
I'm therefore in the process of reporting this case as these types of advertising are unacceptable and money making at best as the customer is then pushed into buying something more expensive that he didn't intend on getting.
