Thought i would give the North of JHB a try with KFC (coming from poor service around Bedfordview) I was utterly shocked at the response time of the Drive through, the spectacular service and friendliness. There were 2 cars ahead of us, and by the time we were done ordering, they had aleady been served and left. We drove up to the window greeted with a smile and served within 2 minutes (even with a large order - 3 meals). Not to mention they actually had stock (coming from a KFC - Bedfordview) it is almost as rare as good service.
Not to mention their system was down, and they STILL made a remarkable delivery of product and service.
I applaud the speedy service and the friendliness of the staff (not sure how to spell her name Bongikilwe). Promote her to Managment level, and have her take care of Bedfordview branch. We need more people like her. There is hope for KFC.
