Firstly I'd like to say I love Nando's. My favourite takeout. However your Bedfordview branch never ceases to ruin my Nando's experience, constantly losing my delivery info, getting orders wrong, falsely advertising. The family pack meal clearly states also available in vegetarian on the menu yet when I wanted the vegetarian option for some reason it was not possible on their systems. What was really the final offense for me was last night. I had placed an order to deliver just after 7:30pm, (they close at 9pm), got home after work at 10 minutes to 9 only to find Nando's had not pitched up yet. Tried calling but they left the phone of the hook. 5 minutes later the delivery guys knocks at the door with half the order missing and what looked like the last bits of scraps form the kitchen, burgers falling apart end half-filled bags of soggy chips. We sent it back and had noodles for supper. Worst Valentines day ever thanks to Nando's Bedfordview.
Unfortunately Nando's Bedfordview is the closest Branch to us. I wish someone would open a Nando's in Sunnyrock or maybe have new management take over the one in Bedford. Looks like we won't be having Nando's from there again.
