Its been 4 days. I have left countless messages with Jessica at the CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE, and sent emails... no responses. Last converstain on Wednesday was that she was waiting for the DP from the Bedfordview branch to call back. Now I have have to proceed with costly litigation, and be inconvienienced, not to mention out of pocket because of thier incompetance!
BTW, the 125 point check and 1000kms confidance drive they advertise - they dont honour.
Just the usual bunch of used car saleman I suppose, covering damages with cosmetics, and then denying liability.
