Service quality and delivery according to race

I took the dogs to the vet for their inoculations. I was five minutes late for my appointment (my fault). Other people that came in after me, even later for their appointments scheduled after me, get served before me. The manner in which i was treated and the manner in which other people were treated was clearly prejudicial. Is it just coincidence that they happened to be the same race of the staff? Once maybe, more than that I think not. I thought my money is as good as anyone else's to pay for the service. I didn't ever think that pets would become victim to peoples backward thinking but then again some people have their blinkers on and won't change until they cease to exist. I also intend to spread this word to my neighbors and friends in Bedfordview and surrounding areas. All of them need to know the type of service they should expect to receive
