Placed an order for 8x zinger meals at KFC Broadway and went through to collect. On arrival we were told that the order is not ready. After 10min of waiting there was one burger short so we had to wait again. while waiting I open one the 500ml Fanta grape. after taking a sip I found the cool drink to be flat. the Supervisor replaced the bottle, but when the manager (Princess) found out... she started screaming, ranting and raving at me saying that because I placed a big order I am looking for free stuff. She was screaming so badly that the staff had to tell her to calm down. she also accused me of being and was refusing to give me my money back as I refused the food after being treated like that. Furthermore contacted the area manager Siva and was told he will call me back I'm still waiting. I did mention to them that I will not set foot in that store again. I am very DISGUSTED with the service that I received this being from a manager. TOTALLY DISGUSTED!
