I was at KFC Steelpoort today in my lunch time, went to go and buy food for everyone. I ordered a Zinger box meal and after I payed I saw on my slip she put in a order for a box master. She ask me if I want a cup or buddy cool drink and I ask for a cup. She came back a told me that the machine is not working anymore (but worked just before that) and if I want a buddy cool drink. I said yes, but I am not going to pay in for the bottle and she said she can do nothing about it. If something like this is out of stock, that is included in a meal, they have to replace it with something similar like a bottle (500ml). So I payed it because I don't want to make a fuss there in my lunch time. Got my order wrong and refuse to change cup with bottle cool drink at same price.
