Incomplete order and manager giving attitude

On the 11/01/2013 at 15:15 me and my wife went to KFC Pinetown old main road to order Rounder meal and Zinger meal, an order was placed and than we requested our meals with buddy cold drinks, we than paid @the drive thru and waited for our order for a verry long time almost 20minutes, upon receiving the order, we were given one Zinger meal with Kway & 500ml coke? I than told the guys that we ordered two burger meals, Nonhlanhla who took the order apologized and said she ordered incorrectly but has explained to the kitchen to fix the problem and will re invoice us, however the manager was notified Sibusiso Shozi, He came to us and said we are holding up the queue if we want buddy cool drinks we need to add money & he said that as an instruction I was very offended, as we have waited long & yet order is wrong and the manager coming to us with a " i don't care attitude. it is the manner he said it. I took his name down & he still did not care, it is the way he spoke to us and we cancelled the order and went to Steers where we were treated like valuable customers. This is not acceptable at all. You need to teach your managers about customer service & empathy. this is disgusting
