Terrible service

Coming home from work I decided to stop off at KFC Intersite Avenue in Springfield Park Durban. What a mistake. Firstly I get asked to reverse my car at the order counter and drive forward again because they have a timer on the ground so don't want stationary vehicle for too long!!! Then at the collection counter they take my slip from me. When I check my pack, they forgot to give me the chips for my meal orders. When I get home I realize that instead of 8 zinger winglets that I ordered and paid for they have only given me 4... That to me is indirect. They are so worried about keeping their times of delivery that they don't put the right orders through and have to bother the clients by asking them to reverse and drive forward again to reset their timers and rush you once you get your meal so that the timer is not ticking away. Forget about your time and serve your clients properly. If a client pays for something give it to them, don't take their money and give them less than what they paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is also not right that they take your slip and not return it.. I am entitled to a receipt.. Totally disgusted with this service.
