I moved to Milnerton, Cape Town about two months ago. Since my move I visited the KFC in Milnerton a total of 5 times
On each occasion my order was up, 5 out of 5. 100% fail rate. This branch won't even be able to pass matric, even though it's impossible to fail matric.
Anyway, even as I pulled in at the drive through yesterday, I joked with the lady that I will bet her I won't get what I ordered. Guess what... I won the bet.

Now, you will probably say I should have checked the order before I left... why should I? I paid for a specific order and that's what I should get.
So, I am tired of KFC taking my money and they deciding they will give me whatever the feel like. Now, for my solution. Keep the money I spent there, no problem. Right next to KFC is a Nando's. Nando's just got a new customer. From now on I will spend my money with Nando's. Gone with pathetic client service, gone with slow service, gone with wrong orders
